Job Seekers
For job seekers
I've never worked with a recruiting firm before. How does it work?
Our team of recruiters will make the process simple and easy for you. After you apply to one of our job postings, you will be scheduled for a phone interview with one of our recruiters. Following the phone interview, you will be invited to a video interview for our team to better understand your skill sets and career goals. If these first 2 steps go well, we will submit you to the client to complete the interview process with their hiring team.

Our company has never used a recruiting firm. How does it work?
Our team will first meet with your hiring manager and other stakeholders to determine what the ideal candidate looks like. Using that information, we'll create a target profile, then get to work on searching for candidates who fit that profile. We conduct a phone and video interview with each candidate before sending them to your hiring team in order to ensure we have the right people, which saves you time and money. Finally, if your hiring manager decides to extend an offer, we can help with negotiation and onboarding per your request.
