Pilot Year in Review



Previously, we talked about our brand new campus recruitment pilot program with one of the fastest growing retailers in the U.S. It’s now the end of Year 1 of our pilot, and we have great news to share - it was a success!


During the spring semester, we were able to nearly triple the number of events we hosted and attended at our partner universities, and all of this hard work led to 6 students and graduates being hired by our client! Here are a few of the things we did that really made the difference:


  • Career Fairs - We were able to attend in-person career fairs at all of our university partners this spring, and we learned that we do our best work in person, speaking directly to students and university leaders.

  • Workshops - We also partnered with several student organizations to host career development workshops, providing necessary skills to attendees to better prepare them for life after college.

  • Executive Leaders - We are so grateful that 2 executive leaders from our client’s organization were able to join us for speaking engagements with large groups of students! These were a huge hit, and we look forward to hosting even more in the future.


6 hires is just the beginning, and we’re looking forward to blowing those numbers out of the water in Year 2. We’ll be adding new university partners, working with new divisions within our client’s organization, and enhancing our program offerings to be even more impactful to students and universities. It’s been a great foundation year, and we’re ready to kick off Year 2 even stronger!
